本賞は札幌・500m美術館にて開催される、作家の発掘と発信を目的とした公募展です。
出展作品は、氷に写真を直接印刷する独自開発の特許技術を中心とした体験型インスタレーション
「失ってから今になる」
氷という時間とともに消失する素材に記憶を閉じ込め、
鑑賞者の身体感覚と空間体験を通して「消失と現在」の関係を問いかけました。
500m美術館という地下通路空間の特性を活かし、
素材性・時間性・空間構造を横断した表現である点が評価されました。
作品は2026年3月25日（水）まで展示されています。

I am pleased to announce that I have been awarded the Grand Prix at the 13th 500m Museum Award.
The award is an open-call exhibition held at the 500m Museum in Sapporo, dedicated to discovering and promoting emerging and established artists.
My awarded work, “Only Now, After Losing,” is an immersive installation centered on a patented technique I developed for directly printing photographs onto ice.
By encapsulating memories within ice—a material that gradually disappears over time—the work explores the relationship between loss and the present through the viewer’s physical and spatial experience.
Taking advantage of the unique characteristics of the 500m Museum, an underground passageway, the work was recognized for its approach to artistic expression across materiality, temporality, and spatial structure.
The work was on view until March 25, 2026.
