夜の工業地帯は眠らずに呼吸する巨大な生命のようで、僕はその光景にあっけにとられ、息を呑んだ感覚を今も鮮明に覚えている。

The day a friend took me to photograph an industrial landscape at night for the first time in my life.
The industrial district at night seemed like a gigantic living organism that never stopped breathing. I was overwhelmed by the sight, and I still vividly remember the feeling of holding my breath in awe.
